Gold Coast 500 Important Delivery Notice

Due to the GC500 event taking place, there will be major traffic delays affecting deliveries to and from the Surfers Paradise and Main Beach areas from Monday, 20th October through to Monday, 27th October. Please add the following notice to the website:

GC500 Event – Delivery Advisory

During this period, please note that:

  1. All GC local deliveries on Standard Services (S – 4-hour) in and out of these areas will temporarily be moved to Same-Day Service timeframes.
  2. All Brisbane deliveries on Next Standard Service (NSS – 5hrs) will temporarily be moved to Same-Day Service timeframes, with a 10am cut-off.
  3. All deliveries needing to meet set timeframes will need to be charged as Express, Urgent, or Dedicated services with an additional $16.50 (inc GST) GC500 Surcharge.
  4. Extended travel times and restricted access should be expected throughout the event duration. Timeframes may not be guaranteed due to traffic delays.
